The price is per program, not per team: it covers up to 3 teams, and a yearly plan adds each team after that for $12 a year.
That is $59 a year for 3 teams ($19.67 a team) and $71 a year for 4 teams ($17.75 a team).

Prices are in US dollars. No set-up or processing fee is added to a plan’s price. Sales tax is added where it applies. Cancel any time. Nothing you already have is ever deleted.
A plan covers a program, not a person.
A program is one sport at one school or club. Girls’ and boys’ varsity and JV tennis are one program of four teams.
- One coach buys PRO for the program. Every coach on the teams it covers gets PRO.
- PRO covers the first 3 teams to join the program. A yearly plan adds more at $12 a year each.
- Teams a plan doesn’t cover stay on the FREE plan. Nothing you entered is deleted for not paying.

Email and push
Coaches get a morning summary and alerts about their teams. Parents and other members can get tomorrow’s schedule, schedule changes, and final results.
Season reports
The Attendance Report, with rates, streaks, and missed practices; the Uniforms Report, with sizes and an order summary; and for tennis, the Player Results Report, with each player’s record by position and pairing, overall and in league matches. Each prints, and downloads as PDF or CSV.
More teams
PRO covers 3 teams in a program, such as varsity, JV, and freshman. A yearly plan adds more at $12 a year each.
More coaches
A FREE team has up to 2 coaches. A team PRO covers has no limit.

Questions about plans
Is it really free?
Yes. One team you coach, with up to 2 coaches and any number of players and parents, for as long as you like. No card is needed, and there are no third-party ads.
How does the PRO trial work?
A new program starts with 30 days of PRO for up to 3 teams. No card is needed, and each coach gets the trial once. We email the program’s coaches before it ends to say what changes on the FREE plan.
Who pays, and who gets PRO?
A coach buys PRO for a program: one sport at one school or club. It covers that program’s teams for every coach on them. Parents and players never pay.
What happens when a trial or a plan ends?
The program returns to the FREE plan, and nothing you entered is deleted. A team over the FREE limits becomes view only for the coaches the limits affect: they can see everything on it, but not change it until it is within the limits again or has a plan.
Do the plans renew?
The yearly plan ($59 a year) and the monthly plan ($10 a month) renew automatically until you cancel. The season pass is a single charge of $35 for four months, and it never renews.
Can I cancel, and are there refunds?
Cancel any time in Settings › Billing › Manage Billing. PRO stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Ask through the Contact page within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, unless the program’s season is already past its halfway point.
Are any fees added, and is tax included?
No set-up or processing fee is added to a plan’s price. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are taken by Stripe. Sideline never sees your card number.
What if we have more than three teams, or a whole school?
A yearly PRO plan covers extra teams at $12 a year each. PREMIER covers every team in every program at a school or club for $399 a year.

Changes to the plans
When what a plan includes is about to change, it is announced here before it takes effect.
- October 8, 2026The Uniforms Report joined the Attendance Report as a PRO season report. Each player’s sizes stay free on their page and in the Roster Export.
- October 7, 2026The FREE plan’s limits took effect: one team that a coach can change without a paid plan, and two coaches on a team. Email and push reminders and season reports became part of PRO, and a new program now starts with 30 days of PRO.
